Reverend Rickie Bell was born and raised in Enfield, NC. He is the son of the late Deacon Lonnie and Lucille Day Bell and he is one of five siblings.
He is a graduate of the former Eastman High School in Halifax County and served in the 82nd Airborne Division, Ft. Bragg. He holds associate degrees in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, and Electronic Engineering Technology, and a diploma in Industrial Electric Motors and Controls from Durham Technical Community College. He is a graduate of the Apex School of Theology in Durham, N.C., with an Associate Degree in Christian Education.
